Erica Boyer
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and currently managing the family
cattle herd, Erica's background in the cattle industry is extensive. She grew
up on a Registered Hereford cow/calf operation and spent her
youth working on a horse breeding farm. Her work experience also includes
working for a large veterinary practice and a backgrounding operation in
NE Oklahoma. Active in showing cattle, livestock judging
and meats judging during her youth and college, Erica brings a valuable
depth and breadth of knowledge to her projects. Her expertise lies
in organization, research and logistics primarily dealing with planning
and production of events, marketing plans and web site content.

Board of Directors & Annual Sale Management, Oklahoma Hereford Association
Marketing & Publications Co-Director, Member – American Hereford Association,

Susan Gebhart
Susan’s background in non-profit organizations, event planning, educational
planning & business development includes twenty five years experience.
As part of an Oklahoma family cattle operation all of her life, cattle
industry associated events and organizations are a specific area of expertise.
Susan is a graduate of Mississippi State University, with a range
of experience that encompasses: small business - start-up and management,
non-profit organizations - management, membership recruitment, volunteer
management, event management, and organizational communication.

Board of Directors & Annual Sale Management, National Organization of Poll-ettes,
Director, Oklahoma Hereford Association Marketing & Publications Co-Director,

Melissa (Dick) Herriman
Melissa grew up on a purebred cow/calf operation
in Nowata, Oklahoma and spent her youth showing cattle, livestock judging
and public speaking. Attending Oklahoma State University where she graduated
with Bachelor’s
degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Communications was a logical
choice and one that led Melissa to her current career in the agriculture.
Melissa began her career working for the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association
and the Oklahoma Pork Council before devoting all of her time to her
own business, Red Cow Creations. Clients currently include businesses
and individuals in agriculture and several other fields. Melissa has
a strong background in communications, primarily dealing with websites,
advertising and publications; her scope of work includes website, publication
and advertising design, print layout, graphic design and photography.
Additionally, Melissa has extensive experience in event planning and
production.
